Orders & Processing

  • Most items are already 3D printed prior to being listed for sale

  • Any orders that are 3D printed to order, the processing times are listed on the product page

  • Orders are shipped once printing and quality checks are complete

If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

  • Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if possible.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind

    • There is a clear defect caused by printing

Our 3D-printed fidgets are designed for gentle use.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
